One Instructor. From Your First Module to Your First Deployment.

2021 Training was built on a simple idea: new adjusters deserve to learn from someone who’s actually done the work. One instructor who teaches every course, answers the hard questions, and gives you the field knowledge that textbooks leave out.

How This Started

Dave started adjusting claims after Hurricane Sandy hit the East Coast in 2012. Since then, he’s worked hurricanes, floods, hailstorms, and wildfires across the country. He’s crawled under houses, climbed roofs in the rain, delivered bad news to good people, and made every judgment call this business throws at you.

In 2008, he started teaching. Online learning barely existed for adjusters. The options were a week in a classroom for $2,000+ or nothing. Dave built something better — real field experience, delivered online, at a price that doesn’t require a loan before you’ve earned your first paycheck.

Since then, over 15,000 adjusters have come through the courses. Dave still teaches every one.

Why We Started the Company

WHY ONE INSTRUCTOR MATTERS

Most schools piece courses together from different people. One voice for pre-licensing, another for Xactimate, another for practical adjusting. Every module starts over.

Dave teaches all of it. He builds each course knowing exactly what he taught you in the last one. The Xactimate training assumes you know the policy concepts from pre-licensing. The Practical Adjusting course assumes you can write an estimate in Xactimate. By the time you finish, you have a way of thinking about claims that’s consistent all the way through.

Students notice. It’s one of the most common things mentioned in reviews.

Meet Cherie

If you email a question, get stuck on your application paperwork, or need help finding your login, you’re going to hear from Cherie Kaltenbach. She handles enrollment support, customer service, and the CE compliance deadlines that students forget until the last minute.

Students mention her by name more than anything else in the reviews. She’s the reason the customer service scores are what they are.

What Are The Courses Cover

Texas All-Lines Pre-Licensing — 40 hours. State-approved exam included. Modeled after a 3-day live class. Most finish in one long weekend.

Florida All-Lines Pre-Licensing — State-approved, exam-exempt. No separate state board test required.

Xactimate Training — Level 3 Certified instructor. From never opening the software to confidently writing estimates. Up to 15 CE credits.

Practical Adjusting — How to inspect, document, communicate, write the claim, and close the file. The bridge between your license and your first deployment.

Basics of Construction — How buildings are framed, roofed, plumbed, and wired. You’ll be estimating repairs — it helps to know how things are built.

CE Courses — 10+ courses for Texas adjusters. 24 hours every 2 years. Reported to TDI within 2 business days.
